Join Mel in this two hour workshop to learn TRE, a gentle stress recovery response in a safe, supported small group. Mel has been teaching TRE in Sydney and the northern beaches for 10 years, having taught hundreds of people how to use tremors to bring themselves back to calm.
This workshop is your perfect opportunity to learn how to manage the stress that life seems to keep piling on us. If you think you may have been stuck in fight or flight for a few years, now it's time to give your body a break. Your bodies ability to heal and maintain good health is drained significantly by ongoing stress and bottling things inside.
This workshop gives you the tools to let go of tension in the body, without needing to tell me your story or who said what to trigger you. IT’S JUST THE BODY LETTING GO, gently and naturally using muscle tremoring.
I will teach you how to start the tremors, how to stop them and how to move them through your body. The workshop includes breathing and simple stretching leading into muscle release, using the TRE technique, followed by a long rest period and sound bath. This class is for your joints, muscles and your mind, to release stress and return to a state of calm. The muscle shaking or tremoring is a natural action our body uses to release patterns of tension and instantly destress. By the end of the class you will feel lighter in your body, calmer and quieter than when you came in and the effects will last longer the more you do.
