  • In this restorative class, we blend the healing power of self-myofascial release with dynamic dance-inspired stretching, all while incorporating foam rollers, small massage balls, stretch bands, and foam blocks for maximum benefit. Start by rolling out tension with foam rollers and balls, targeting areas like your feet, back, legs, shoulders and hips to release tightness and improve circulation.

    The use of stretch bands will help deepen your stretches, giving you that extra stretch and lengthening through the muscles, while foam blocks provide support and alignment during restorative poses.
