Movements are controlled and deliberate, engaging deep core muscles to enhance posture, coordination, and functional strength. Participants can expect a blend of static holds, dynamic movements, and flexibility exercises aimed at creating a strong, balanced, and stable core.

    Starting with a warm up full of grooves... Followed by learning a basic choreographed dance.

  • A High intensity 30min class to Improve your cardiovascular endurance.

  • Cardio & strength training using various equipment in a circuit style.

  • A confidence boosting rythmic workout based around a choreographed combinational class.

  • This class will have you working on various styles of dance, in a dance room environment.

    Learning small choreographed combos, technique, KTL (kicks, turns, Leaps) & flexibility.

  • Taking dancing to the next level using weights, resistance bands, drumsticks and more.

  • EXP = Express

    Any of our classes that have EXP on the end are our Super Express 25 minute classes.
