I hereby grant permission to Onshore Fitness to use my likeness and appearance as depicted in photographs, videos, or other media captured during the photography session. I understand and agree that the Company may use the Materials for the following purposes: - Display on the Onshore Fitness website. - Sharing on Onshore Fitness' social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram. - Inclusion in print advertising materials, such as brochures, flyers, and posters. - Use in digital advertising campaigns, including online banners, sponsored content, and email newsletters. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or copy that may be used in connection with the Materials or the use to which they may be applied. I also release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless the Company, its representatives, and assigns from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking, processing, or publication of the Materials. I affirm that I am over the age of 18 and have the right to enter into this agreement. This release constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
